Paris & Sephora Haul!

So this week I got a few things, two from Paris, and one from the Sephora here in Dallas. As it's a rainy day here, I thought I would take some photos in front of the beautiful rainy window!

The first item is the famous (maybe?) La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo. I've heard many things about this product so I'm very excited to start using it! I applied some this morning as a moisturizer of sorts and it's been working out really well. Though the tube does look small (it's 40 mL big), a little does go quite a long way, I would say a pearl sized amount or maybe a bit more should cover your face. I love the subtle clear glow it's given me so far. It's also made in France which I always appreciate. You can buy it in the US here.
The second is Bioderma's Crealine H2O. The bottle says that it's for dry skin and can be used as a make-up remover, cleaner, and is non-rinsing as well as hypoallergenic. I like all of those things, so I'm looking forward to seeing how well it removes make-up and if it makes me flair up or not (my skin has been sensitive these days). In the US you can buy it here.
The last item is Sephora's make-up brush weekly shampoo. I have really loved how my brushes have felt after using it so far. It says that it's use is once a week as a deep clean. It also is available in travel size. Sephora also carries a daily brush cleaner that is not as deep cleaning. Just like all the other items on here, a little goes a long way, so this will last a while. The price was decent as well, only $14.00 for the large size, and the travel size is $6.00! I think I'll buy the travel version of that to use while I'm on vacation. You can buy one like the one I have at any Sephora store or on their website. (Also, I'm not sure why the bottle looks different on their website, but its the same product!)

So far, I'm really liking all these products. I've only been using them for a day or so but I can't wait to see what results I'll get from the Crealine as well as the Effaclar products! Has anyone else gotten any products they've loved this week? What about these, have you used them before?

  1. I'm intrigued by the crealine. Let me know how that works out. Also, how much did the Roche-Posey cost?
